X-Ray Center announces TSA Certification for its XRC 180-180DV 200KV Cargo Systems

XRC has joined the fight against SARS-CoV-2! We Are Proudly Announcing The Approval By The Turkish Ministry of Health For Its Cleanblue™ Anti-Sars-CoV-2 Technology.

X-Ray Center announced today the placement of several of its first TSA approved XRC® 180-180DV 200kV dual view cargo screening systems with Turkish Cargo, the successful air cargo brand of Turkish Airlines.

Our XRC 75-75DV has been qualified by the American Transportation Safety Administration (TSA) (ACSTL) for its outstanding imaging technology and capability for screening operations. The system joins the list in addition to the XRC 60-40, XRC 60-40DV, XRC 100-100DV and XRC 180-180DV (320kV) x-ray security devices from X-ray Center.

The smuggling attempt of cigarettes inside bread pieces into Turkey was frustrated at Istanbul Ataturk Airport with the help of X-Ray Center devices and the attention of the customs officers.

10 thousand packs of smuggled cigarettes were seized at Istanbul Ataturk Airport, in the luggage of 7 passengers. As a result of the inspection of the 12 suitcases by the security team with the X-Ray control device, 10 thousand packs of smuggled cigarettes with a market value of 100.000 turkish lira were found. As a result, the suspects were taken into custody. X-Ray Center security products continue to work in the fight against smuggling and remain proud of their achievements.
